Kay Tierney
Kay founded Hospitality Link when discovering a gap in the market to provide Hotel Owners and Asset Directors honest and reliable hotel operations & commercial advice.
Starting her career in the big brand hotel market after completing a Hospitality Management Degree, Kay travelled through UK and America learning Commercial and Operational Hotel Management.
Returning to the UK she worked alongside a hotel developer and operator to open and re-launch 11 new hotels ranging from small boutique to large branded 250+ full service properties.
Leading a board of hotel franchise directors in the UK drove Kay to develop a strong network of leading hoteliers, investors and stakeholders in the market. These connections led to brand development, new concepts and the creation of Hospitality Link.
More recently Kay set up and ran her own concept sports and music venue in the North West alongside qualifiying as a Chartered Hotel Asset Manager and now consults for a number of investors and owners on their hotel assets.
